As every school has different policies regarding comfort items and fidgets, we recommend checking with your child's teacher if you're unsure.

Is NIBSY safe?

Yes.

NIBSY is made from premium silicone and is designed to be soft, durable and easy to clean.

Must be supervised with children under 5 years of age.

NOT RECOMMENED FOR CHILDREN 3 AND UNDER.

Can NIBSY be washed?

Absolutely.

Simply wash with warm soapy water, rinse well and allow it to air dry.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location, but you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

If your NIBSY arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we'll do everything we can to help.

What's the return policy

We want you to love your NIBSY™.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll happily replace it or provide a refund.

If you've simply changed your mind, you may return your unused NIBSY within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of products that have been used or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.


To start a return, simply contact us at infonibsy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we'll guide you through the process.

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
